Tow Truck Driver / Roadside Service Operator

What You'll Do

  • Respond to service calls including vehicle tows, accident recovery, lockouts, fuel delivery, and tire changes
  • Safely operate tow trucks and recovery equipment on public roads and highways
  • Provide friendly, professional service to customers in stressful situations
  • Communicate clearly with dispatch and follow routing instructions efficiently
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
  • Maintain equipment cleanliness and report any mechanical issues
  • Complete service documentation and payment processing accurately

What We're Looking For

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (this is a must)
  • Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated — you show up when you say you will
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions and handle physical tasks (hooking, lifting, directing traffic)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Willingness to learn — no experience required, full training provided
  • CDL or towing experience is a plus, but not required
